Rock Pigeon (Columba livia)

Cloudy came to us a helpless squab (baby pigeon) in 2013, when he was pulled from an attic that was being renovated at an apartment in downtown Kansas City. He was handfed and has become quite the spoiled boy. We keep him full-winged so he flies over groups and often lands on the top of heads dancing and cooing. When not working, he lives in an aviary with domestic pigeons rescued from an another agency and placed in our care. He's the king of the loft!

Animal Wonders

We depend on our programs & donations to help fund the care and housing for our animals, most of which are either rescues or surrenders. We seem to be always taking in new animals that need a home or different situation, their care adds up. If you would like to help support Animal Wonders, it would be greatly appreciated. We are always in need of donations, caging material, lumber, crates, aquariums, straw, & newspapers.
